The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with client communications. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documents.
Coordinate with clients and consultants to schedule appointments and manage communications.
Support the team with administrative tasks, including PO Creation, data entry, filing, attending calls, and office supply management.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
